Can't open it for some reason

It was again some hack protection of the server provider that deactivates the server if he uses the cpu with > 90% for some hours.
There is a bug in Mage-Server that sometimes causes this.

I was on a business trip for some days and could not take care of the server.
I will bring it online again now and install a cpu usage limiting application, so I hope I can prevent this in the future.
Nevertheless we should locate that bug and remove it.
Any help appreciated.
