Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hey guys, after the legal debacle with cockatrice, I wanted to ensure that Xmage is in fact legal for both users and developers. Has anyone looked into this at all?

Legality isn't fixed like math so I guess noone will confirm this with any responsibility.

true..... I was hoping someone had actually contacted a copyright lawyer at some point during development..... I'm a huge fan of the project, and would hate to see you guys in legal trouble...

Being open-source, it is pretty much impossible to close it down. All it takes is someone with the source code to relaunch the project if it is shut down.
