XMage 1.4.23 bitly download link broken

It appears the update download link bit(dot)ly/xmage_1_4_23V1w is not working. It was failing to update in the launcher. I tried navigating to it via browser and it detailed a bandwidth issue. It's preventing me from playing XMage on Woogerworks!

I sent a message to Woogerworks and was told to post here. (I think I'm supposed to post it here, anyway).

Same here... can't get anything to update.
