Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm not sure what to do and I am a bit computer illiterate so to speak. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Xmage, however since Christmas time I have been experiencing server problems where it would reach max capacity and boot everyone off. For the past two months I haven't been able to get connected at all.

I have no problems with my cable provided internet as I can stream and do whatever I want all day long.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
