For Magic Duels, yeah. No one works on it anymore. The modding community for the series as a whole is largely inactive, with only a little work being done at all, and it's all focused on the last fully moddable game: 2014. Though, even that all but stopped when I myself became inactive.

Well after 2 years of radio silence I figured no one was working on it anymore, but it's a pity they didn't release it even as "incomplete" because it seemed like they put a fair amount of work in there..
I also noticed the "Duels of the Planeswalkers" section is general is essentially dead, which I could understand since there are no new games coming out since 3 years ago

I came back recently after 3 years and wanted to give Magic Duels a shot, and this DLC would have been a great starting point..
