I mentioned trying to get better versions done, and now that you've reminded me, I'll do so tonight and provide them for processing.

By the way, I think we still need better scans for From the Vault: Dragons, From the Vault: Exiled and especially for From the Vault: Legends.

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm trying something out that extreme believes can minimize the banding effect. I think one of the previous FTVs has already had this done to it. Regardless, I'll start with Realms.

Ark has used matte acetate to reduce banding before. I think Extreme said in another post that it isn't ideal, but maybe it's best for this particular foiling process.

It sorta reduces the contrast, and on black cards, it becomes a little noticeable.
I think you only really need to use matte acetate if you have an LED scanner and are trying to do foils.

Does anyone have a Battle Royale Box Set zip where all the scans have the same size? The one I got hold off has like 30 differents sizes ranging from 1 to 10 pixels of different in height or width.

Thanks :)

Sorry about that :)

Unfortunately the official Guildpact crops are blurry and bad. Same goes for Ravnica, Mirrodin, Darksteel, Fifth Dawn, Legions and Scourge. Unless they've been updated by someone in the past couple of years, that is.

I guess I could just recreate those directly from the fulls then rather than share blurry ones.
Thanks for BRB :)

While automatically checking for picture similarities between Fulls and Crops, I have the feeling that the Fifth Dawn crops are blurry because they have been stretched vertically. Can anyone confirm this?

Same goes (so far) for the Arabian Nights, Darksteel, Antiquities and Coldsnap Theme Decks crops.

If that is the case, I'll regenerate all of the ones I find that have this issue.

Thanks for the links. Is there any other XL yet besides those two?
I'll make them available soon.
