A small detail-mahamoti's base hasn't got the abrevation CFX.I knew how to change it but I forgot,can some1 tell me how to change the abrevation(I think I need to erase the set and get it there anew,but I dont have the text spoiler)?

No. What happens is you don't get to see opponent art in-game. What you do not need is a RENAMER. What you need is a COPY utility, e.g. CFX and CNF, which double the diskspace requirements.

Changing the naming convention has broken (the art of) MWS; and a renaming utility doesn't help. Sorry.

Well i just renamed the CFX directory into CNF, so its kinda fixed,but Ive read somewhere that the official extension is CFX,so thats why I wanted to rename it..

I read about the official thing too. GH says that gatherer uses CFX.

If MHD bases his version off of GH's base, and magi-soft uses GH's base, then we should try to use GH's naming conventions. Or, convince him to change. But it's imperative that we use the same codes.

The problem is Wizards use different set codes in different applications.
For example Gatherer shows Conflux as CFX, however Gatherer Beta has it as CON , and Wikipedia has it as CON which is official. However for Alpha it goes 1E, 1E, LEA and it's confirmed that LEA is the correct one.

Sometimes it's really hard to confirm that the used expansion code is the correct one, and I can see that using code from Gatherer can be a good thing (Conflux) while sometimes it might be a bad idea (I feel changing JVC to DD2 is wrong).

I noticed the gatherer beta and wikipedia codes too, it sure is confusing. Still, in this case, they are not using CNF anywhere and CON is impossible.

So that's where DD2 comes from! I played someone and couldn't see his DD2 artwork. At least I can copy JVC and see DD2 images from now on. Coolness.

PS, I didn't want to sound negative up there, guys. I know you put in a fantastic amount of hard work & this is not an easy subject to manage.
