There is no Dragon token in M10. You must be thinking about either Shards of Alara or 10th Edition which were the last two sets to have Dragon tokens. M10 has no card capable of creating Dragon tokens.

I think I found two switched images in Forth Edition.

Twiddle shows the pic of Water Elemental and vice versa. This applies both for full scan and cropped.

I just ran the MWS Picture Assisstant over the forth edition and it didn't update anything, so this problem seems to still be there. That assumes the Picture Assisstant Server @ pics.slightlymagic.net host the latest releases.
