Is the metamorph the game day card or the buy-a-box?

Surgical Extraction is the buy-a-box promo. Phyrexian Metamorph is the REL card. The Game Day foil is Myr Superion.

I've got a question about:
MPS = Magic Premiere Shop Lands

I thought these were only Japanese promos, or am I wrong?
(If there are English versions, I'll update my masterbase to reflect that; if not,
I'll exclude them from my masterbase for now... hard focusing on English only and not all the foreign)

For my masterbase MPS (Japanese), I have 55 promo cards:
20 ravinca w ravinca symbol,
5 alt art M logo Time Spiral,
10 alt art MPS logo Lorwyen Cycle,
10 alt art MPS logo Shards of Alara Cycle,
10 alt art MPS logo Zendikar Cycle.

PS. how do I cleanly remove the 'Card Name' color/tool-tip from "Time Spiral" above?

You're right, all of them are Japanese promo cards.
But the MPS promos are not only lands. There is one more:
- Jaya Ballard, Task Mage (特務魔道士ヤヤ・バラード)

And there are another 10 lands for the SOM block.

There is Jaya Ballard, Task Mage "a1 2007" english Wal-Mart store/resale promo; exact same as Japanese, -lang.
Are there even Wal-Marts in Japan? haha, if yes, then I think magiclibrarities has it misplaced. (source unknown)

No, the Japanese Jaya Ballard is not (!) a Wal-Mart card. And it is not misplaced on MagicLibrarities.
