Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm looking urgently for two cards to complete my set. Next I want to scan all oversized cards, but these two are missing:

Boxtopper, 8th Edition, 26 Jul 2003, European version (Beta corners), mint condition:
- Phyrexian Arena
- Lord of the Undead

Is there anyone who can help me?

There are two Lord of the Undead (Standard + Promotional). Which one?

The normal one. But beware: I'm looking for the European version (Beta corners).
