We have everything else. I uploaded Rain's contributions to my folder, so the full set can be made from scans by tenminutegod, myself and Rain (plus the tokens already processed by extreme).

I also have the ads/tips/tokens up in my contrib folder, I just checked Teppic's list and everything is there. More sources!

I can probably pick up a Pharika sometime this week if the LGS has one in stock. Between needing a scan and me wanting one anyway, it's more than enough justification, I think.

Edit: Pharika, God of Affliction is in my contrib folder. Sounds like that's everything for JOU!

Of the tokens, I got 8/9. Only missing the 4/4 Ogre.

Ads and tips, I scanned what I had. Amounted to 3 tips and 10 ads. Looks like (with the exception of the M15 ad) Wizards re-used the non-set-specific BNG ads, which seems like an odd choice.

I've put the additional stuff I had from Conspiracy in my contrib folder (22 cards + missing token). I didn't have any additional Tips or Ads. In case we need extra sources, there are also a bunch of scans I was in there process of uploading before tenminutegod beat me to the punch.

For Conspiracy we now only need 8 cards:

Looks the same, aside from having these extra cards in it.

I want to encourage everybody to stay active in this project, and to contribute scans in a timely manner. However, I don't think our current release schedule is encouraging this. We've been releasing sets way too late. I think we need to change our procedures to ensure everybody is rewarded for their hard work with much earlier set releases.

Decked Studios has been processing images and uploading the partially completed images to our server. Originally I intended to do the task of finalizing their uploads and releasing them here. My main goal was to manually match colors between the scanners, because I'm particular about that, and then Decked Studios could cut that out of their budget, too. I've since learned that color matching is very subjective, time consuming, and it's impractical when dealing with more than 2 scanners. My second goal was to organize and name the files per our standards, so that Decked Studios didn't have to do that either. I just can't find the time to do it all.

I can't ask Decked Studios to do manual color matching because it's too technical and over their budget. I am however going to approach them about pickup up the file organization task. If they can do that, we can release sets much faster; probably within a fews days after we have all the scans for a given set. The catch is that the colors might not be very accurate.

That said, I've been working with some of our regular scanners to implement color profiling. Matching colors between multiple contributors is not an issue at all if those people purchase an R1 scanner calibration target for $10 + $10 international shipping. Woogerboy21, Tenminutegod and Teppic have been scanning 90% of our set releases, and they all agreed to get a target.

Update:

I ordered the missing cards for conspiracy and a color target. So for this set, in the near-future, what I'll be doing is releasing non-color matched, HQ cards as hold-overs until I get color profiles from Teppic and Tenminutegod. Then I'll go through and color correct everything using the profiles. It should be so much easier! My hope is that going forward, we'll have a much more stream-lined release procedure.

I can not contribute as I don't play with physical cards; but I scanned a lot in the past (still have an Epson GT-9000 working) and know how much work it is. So I just want to thank you guys for your hard work.

I've started uploading scans of M15. So we don't duplicate effort, I've uploaded a text file listing the cards on each of my scans.

Speaking of which, is there any effort to fix up the contribution centre site? I'd be willing to help out on this.

Well, I have PHP and SQL experience, which I assume is what the contrib site is using? Maybe PM me with details of what didn't work or broke on it.

Sooo my scans won't be needed? I have some Souls and Jace. And some rares ofc. But I don't have that calibration target. I am not sure how useful I can be so I haven't volunteered to order it right away.
I want to help with what I can though. Am I still useful without the calibration target?
