Yep, I've mentioned the contribution centre in my first post. I just thought that there is some other convenient way to do things while it's broken.

We usually only need 600 DPI, but can you rescan your cards (all together) at 1200 DPI, png or tiff? There's some patterning in your scans but I'm not sure if it is the result of JPG compression or not. This new scan will reveal if your scanner is usable. Thanks!

The image here looks good to me. You guys can double check but I don't see any vertical or horizontal issue's or fine line problems I've seen in others. Are there other images submitted by "Rain" and what scanner model do you own?

It varies from card to card. We want the best quality input possible, so lets still see if we can improve them.

We need tokens, ads, and backs scanned. Anybody care to create a list of what's needed using ABU games?

I've posted a link to the archive with four cards on the previous page.
My scanner is Canon CanoScan 8800F. I scan film at 2400 with it and I find the quality to be quite satisfactory. For the price of course.

Unfortunately I no longer have both gods - I've borrowed them from a friend and scanned directly to jpeg. But to be completely honest I fail to see any sensible difference. What exactly is wrong? Maybe I could come up with some ideas as well.
Jpegs were saved in Photoshop CS6 at 10 quality and "Baseline Optimized" setting. That should be enough for a decent file but maybe I am wrong with my settings?
But! I've pulled Pheres-Band Warchief today and scanned it straight out of the booster.

I'm not putting them into an archive for the files are almost 30 MB each.
Here are TIFFs with zip compression of the cards including the new one:

The 600 dpi jpg you posted before definately had compression problems. There's not much difference between the 1200 tiff and the 1200 jpg, so you can do 1200 jpgs going forward, they're usable.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to question anyone's skill or anything but... Are you sure you've watched those images at 100% size? It's just the last thing you said that made me stumble upon that thought no matter how silly the thought itself might be.

There surely is some patterning if you allow your image viewer or browser resize them in any manner, no doubt in that.

Ah crap, I had the dropbox preview. Well you can try scanning at 600dpi then, might save everybody bandwidth if they're usable at that size.

M15 probably if I'm not the one to find Pharika, God of Affliction. Which (since we settled all the issues) is the only JOU card we have left to find!
