- Inconsistent file names, all previous tokens has ".xlhq.jpg" suffix, now only ".jpg"

Scan of the Llanowar Elves from Welcome Decks 2018 is apparently a misprinted version without the line while the Llanowar Elves from Deck Builder's Toolkit is with the line. Can someone confirms that this statement is correct. Now, I need to verify all the cards that those 2 sealed products have in common to spot any difference, I should check as well the cards in the Planeswalker Decks. I will need to rely on external info as I don't collect any new sets since Exodus, except few specific sets after that.

I just noticed that there are only 18 tokens whereas they are numbered up to 19. Scryfall also only lists 18 of them. I assume that the last one is the experience counter? Will a scan of this card be uploaded at some point?

Yes, 019 is the Experience token.
