They're showing up fine for me in the "CCGHQ More Releases" link in charlequin's sig. (They're listed by their three-letter code, "EMA", if you were looking for them under "Et..."?)

BTW, just a little (very informal) preview of something I'm cooking up for the Eldritch Moon release down the line:

The Vampiric Tutor from EMA seems to have the center of the card about 2 pixels right of where it's supposed to be.

Sorry, I didn't see a folder for EMA tokens. Were they released?

While everyone waits for EMN, here's the first fruit of one of our ongoing projects: the 2003 World Championship Decks.
These were a product that included gold-bordered exact reprints of Worlds competitor decks, printed on non-standard backs so that they were unusable in tournaments but could be played with informally at home, and "signed" on the front by the player. These ran for a number of years before lack of popularity killed them off.
Each deck also included both a player bio for the person playing the deck, and a decklist, alongside a number of "blank" cards.
This particular set (alongside the following final set for 2004) is interesting for being printed all in 8E frames, despite the cards included all being from classic-framed sets, so these are the only versions for some cards produced in this fashion.
This set is also notable for coming out before WotC switched mana symbols back to colored backgrounds (so all mana symbols in text boxes have gray backgrounds, like 8E - 5th Dawn cards) and before they settled on the colored piping for two-colored cards in Ravnica (so gold cards are all on the 3+ color gold piping instead). Note also the "SB" mark, which appears on cards that live in these decks' sideboards.
We've scanned all of these sets, so we'll trickle them out by year as each annual set is completed. Thanks to rotarydials for providing source cards, kudit for scanning them, and ohforf for initial processing. Enjoy!

@charlequin are you still working on the 300dpi versions?
I only see the blank cards and some of the bios and decklists in the Mega folder.

The local MEGA Sync app didn't sync these files up for some reason. I poked at it a bit and it looks like they're going now so they should all be up soon.

I've also uploaded the 2004 World Championship Decks, the last year these decks were produced.
Like their 2003 predecessors, these decks were printed with the 8E card face. There are still a few older cards printed for the first time with that card face here, although this format was dominated by Mirrodin block cards so mostly it's cards from those sets.
This year's decks were printed after WotC reversed their position on colored mana symbols from 8E through Mirrodin Block, and also after they darkened the artifact frame with Fifth Dawn, so many cards reflect these changes that weren't present on their original versions.
Thanks once again to rotarydials, kudit, and ohforf for providing cards, scanning, and processing respectively.

Just to make sure is the blank card from 2004 World Championship Decks exactly the same as the one from 2003 (as there's no scan of it in the files) ?
