OK, I'll add them to my todo list.

Anthologies has two tokens, Goblin and Pegasus. Why are the borders gray instead of white?

Anthologies was printed around the time Unglued was printed. The unglued tokens were included with the box set for whatever reason.

Yeah, there are no "Anthologies tokens" - they are usual Unglued tokens.

Thanks.

MA is including them for some reason.

In my opinion, 3 sets are worth re-doing:

- From the Vault: Legends. Its quality was already discussed when it was released. It's hard to scan that type of foil, but somehow or other another From the Vault sets look much better.
- Duel Decks: Heroes vs. Monsters and Magic 2014. Yeah, the last two sets. They are really blurry :( Some of the previous sets were also slightly blurry but they still look acceptable. At the same time, Modern Masters looks perfectly.

Sorry for a bit of criticism ;)

Just to clarify, they were included with the anthologies cards. They're even in the official wizard's decklists: http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/produc ... deck#deck1

If somebody has the cards for FTV, we need them scanned again at 0 degrees and 90 degrees. They can be merged in photoshop for a better outcome.

Yeah, I realized I need to include those tokens. So the question remains, why do they have gray borders instead of white? I think this may need correcting.

Criticism is perfectly fine. The 2014 set actually uses the action steps that extreme / skibulk posted. The only thing that wasn't done is any cloning of dust removal. If the steps are truly what was used in the past the images shouldn't be any more blurry than any other previous set release.

As for the "Duel Decks: Heroes vs. Monsters", well , I redid that one who knows how many times and confused myself at times with it LoL.

Better a bit "blurry" than oversharpened with all its attendant artifacts. Anyway, they didn't look blurry to me.

As you've said before, having the main image editor taking a break and people filling in, sets will be worked on that need to be re-worked and fixed in time. :)
I'm still waiting to get my hands on the Commander 2013 scans.

The tokens added to the Anthology box set are indeed Unglued tokens, so they shouldn't have their borders changed. What it means is that they need to be stated as being "silver" border in Magic Album, and included in the Anthologies card listing in the database.

It is duplication, but then again we've done that in order places with tokens and emblems and the likes so this should follow the same pattern.

Yup, these two sets look really blurry on my Nexus 7(2013) in Decked Builder. The other sets look much sharper. Not sure if it's the Android problem.

Odd. Were does the deck builder application get its image from? Not familiar with the application at all.

Edit:
Just downloaded the app on my iPhone. Looks like the decked builder app uses gatherer images if your card database isn't up to date and they don't have any higher quality images available for a set. Plus I am not certain they use the images from here at all since they have the snap a photo functionality.

The DD: HVM images and Commander 2013 are from the gatherer. The 2014 set looks higher quality after the database update I just did.

Found this on the decked builders blog page:
http://www.deckedbuilder.com/1/post/2013/08/your-help-needed-m14-card-scans.html

Looks like they didn't even use the scans over the M14 set and I doubt they have for the DD:HVM as well. Probably not the best choice at the moment for comparing the quality of card images.

Neat app though...

Sorry I didn't make myself clear.

I manually rename the XLHQ pics to something like 373346-hidef.jpg (one of the basic mountain lands in DD:HVM), which is the name convention used in Decked Builder in iPad/iPhone (the name convention is hd-373346.jpg in Android). I upload all the renamed XLHQ pics to my Nexus 7(yup, it's a huge folder and the pics look amazing), and the comparison is done using the XLHQ format.
