Some cards in that archive are mockups: Adamant Negation and Soundclaw Mystic. In addition, Mocking Instigator is just a copy of Jeering Instigator and Kheru Spellthief is a copy of Kheru Spellsnatcher.

I know skibulk has a process and has M15 & KTK pretty much done but I sat down tonight and started tinkering with a different method than what has been used in the past (and I believe even different than what skibulk does currently). This is what I came up with for results.

What do you guys think?

Thats looking very good. Better than theros block, which the black is washed out.

Yeah the older framed sets were processed differently. I guess I could try and go back to see if this method works with them. I don't see why it wouldnt, but not 100% certain till I tried.

edit:
here's a quick xenagos using the method.

The red in the frame is too close to orange IMO

Interesting, because I didn't do anything to the reds.
Only thing I did was isolate out the blacks and overlay the remaining image components over a black backing.

Well, it certainly looks good, and I dont have a xenagos to compare anyway.
Its just that I know Ill have to up the vibrance slider so that the printing turns out close enough.

Yeah, recently when I have done images I use color profiling to bring the colors back in line. I didn't do that with that sample as I was just comparing the process to see if it would work with older sets. I figured it would, I was hoping to make the cropping portion of the process easier but so far it doesnt seem to help that at all.

Okay we've been having trouble with our Photoshopper at decked studios. We haven't heard from her in a couple weeks now. It looks like she disappeared without uploading the xlhq versions of the images that she processed. So for now all I have are the low quality images: http://bit.ly/ccghq-ktk

Not bad, just needs a little sharpening.

First off, a big thanks go to skibulk for posting these KTK card images. For low quality images, they're pretty damn nice!

There were 11 cards that were missing the "-" in their names, & two other cards that needed minor corrections so I fixed those, as well as adding the ".Full" extension for those programs which need the card images named this way.

Good news on this front, we just heard back from the photoshopper at Decked Studios. A lightning storm damaged most of the electronics in her home, including her computers, hence the absence. Her hard drives survived, so we should have this set in xlhq soon.
