Huge difference.

+15% size increase from a source that is not easily parsable is not worth it for me. Be my guest and crop them all out manually or write the script yourself if you want. The real HQ pics are double the dimensions of gatherer, so it seems silly to waste much time with the visual spoilers which come and go and may not always be formatted the same in the future.
