Found this site. Its has every MTG Token and they can even be printed as proxies. It's sister site has a ton of Alternate tokens from Star City Games and Card-a-ma-jigs. Links posted below

Yes, this site is by reddit user paperpariah who recently helped me out with scans of the last missing League tokens.

It's a very useful reference for anyone looking to collect official tokens, or just to create some nice proxies.

Yes, however there're still some tokens missing in the webpage, such as some tokens of Mirrodin block and Ravnica block...
