I got the cards and currently I'm doing the first scans. This time the foil layer of my cards seems to be OK, I don't see any damage. So far so good.

what we want is the least possible reflection/refraction colors.
I disagree. What we want is the best possible looking scan that looks like the real card or is close as possible to the real card. The real cards have those shiny reflections, so our main goal should be to get the correct colors (as usual).
I have done some test scans, but until now the colors are not satisfactory enough.
It is really difficult this time... #-o

then why are you looking for white logos on the foils ? Foil cards never look like that, they have lots of reflections :)

I like them reflectionless. Thanks to Woogerboy !

We'll also have another set from PresetM pretty soon.

I've learned, when the logo is white, the scans looks generally better and natural. In the case of a white logo the colors are very close to the real card.
On the other hand, the FTV cards have a different foil layer. It is intended by the producers that these cards showing a strong vertical effect. This isn't valid for normal promo foil cards like FNM. So it seems to me we have consider this and go in the case of FTV another ways. To have two different sets of scans is a nice idea. One has the focus of avoiding the reflections, the other will have the focus on colors. Good solution.
I will do my best.

I like having a foil color option. In addition to quality, we're all about choice here at CCGHQ.
