There you go, just replace "0001" with all sequential numbers to get all the cards. There are no basic lands unfortunately.

I uploaded a collection of pictures from the Survey. All cards from the set (minus basic lands) are there. The file paths are made for Magic Album.

Start the Survey. When the first picture is shwon just right click it and open in new tab. Now you will see the pathname for that card. Just change the numbers to get all the cards.

You can download it the same way JohnnyTH explained right above in the subject (numbers 250 to 254). Unfortunately there is only one design of each land.

Are the invocations available anywhere?

Appreciate the upload, kristijanH. Does it take much time to save everything or do you have some type of crawler to automate the process a bit or do you do it manually? I'm also curious about the Invocations, I assume they weren't in the survey?
