Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, Starter Decks, etc SCANS?
by zackary13 » 27 Jun 2017, 05:56
I have been looking around and haven't been able to find decent scans of rule books, booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, fat packs, etc.
Does anyone know where I can find some HQ or better images of them or can someone post them? It doesn't matter if they are flattened boxes or the sides of each side of a box.
I am mainly looking for rule book scans (the ones in the starter decks) for collection purposes, but decided that I might as well ask for everything else too, to see if they can be acquired.
I appreciate the help, thanks.

I have an odd assortment of older documents - starter rules books, etc. No guarantees on when/how often I can scan things... but I'll try to put together a list of what I have, then go from there.
Started in Revised, for reference.

Sadly no. The plan is to scan the larger boosters and starters on my old Windows XP machine, with the ancient flatbed scanner, and scan the rule books using the larger scanner/printer at my work.
Speaking of rulebooks - voila!
Left to right- Urza's Saga, tournament play insert, Mirage (Spanish), Tempest storybook!, Mirage, Ice Age, Fifth Ed, Fourth Ed and Revised.

More miscellany- tournament pad (might be common, not sure). I just found it handy to keep track of my matches.
And the Pocket Player's guide from 1994... a simpler time. One interesting bit - Richard discusses where they got some of the early playtest art from (4th image), which always interested me. Along the same lines, I know Mark Rosewater has made posts from time to time, with old playtest cards he finds lurking in odd drawers at Wizards HQ... but never with the explanation of WHY that art was chosen. I'm glad Richard took the time to document it, in some form!
And the quick sketches from Christopher Rush are fun too.
