newbee card question

first of all sorry for my bad english. I'm tim from germany and new to this really great forum.
All the german forums are very old so I hope you can help me.
I played mws some time ago and now I would like to play it again. I'm searching for all hq scans to download.
It would be the best if I could find all decks. Is there a way to download them from rapidshare?
I hope you have some time to explain.
