Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hello,

After long hours (if not days) of work I've narrowed down the list of missing cards to these sets:
Edition: Coldsnap Theme Decks (CST/CST)
Edition: Duel Decks: Elves vs. Goblins (DD1/DD1)
Edition: Masters Edition II (ME2/ME2)
Edition: Masters Edition III (ME3/ME3)
Edition: Masters Edition IV (ME4/ME4)
Edition: Masters Edition (MED/MED)
Edition: Legendary Cube (PZ1/PZ1)
Edition: Treasure Chests (PZ2/PZ2)
Edition: Commander Theme Decks (TD0/TD0)
Edition: Magic Online Deck Series (TD1/TD1)
Edition: Duel Decks: Mirrodin Pure vs. New Phyrexia (TD2/TD2)
which I can't find on the CCGHQ or on the MTG_Resized MEGA repositories.

There are links on the forums for all of the above sets posted by the user ahkren but they aren't working anymore. Could someone, please, point me to some working links where I would be able to find any of these sets ?

I have CST and DD1 in XLHQ.
ME2-4, MED, PZ1 and PZ2 in "almost" XLHQ (they are 672x936 vs 745x1040 for XLHQ).
I'm also missing HQ of TD0-TD2

If you still need some of those, I may find a link to those on the webs.
