But I used real card scans to construct it.

There are also problems with the size of the border in that template. It's too big.

Do you have just the artwork in a bigger format for all of these ?
Of course I have the artwork in larger format... I would like to have a good template to use for making proxies and custom cards. If any of the templates you can find here: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=236172 are of decent enough quality to match the authentic texture of the cards, let me know, otherwise I would gladly get together with you to create a more accurate template.

I'll look. I can tell you right away the Vanguard template is accurate, i did it, and it took so goddamn long i still remember it. I also did all old frames, I have them somewhere. No new ones post 8th, though.

Want to share the large versions of the artwork ? I can only find the moxes here http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/A ... arcana/446

Nope, no good. FPM's are too small, and Chrome's are bad - I looked at post 8th simple cards and tokens.
I have very good pre 8th frames, but not very big unfortunately.
Let's do this on PM from now on.

The moxes on Volkan Baga's site are larger than the ones on WotC's site. The sapphire is far, far better. http://www.volkanbaga.de/seite_paintings.html

Here is my set. I built this one to be as close to the real stuff as possible, all text and logos are positioned exactly as on the real cards.
For these ones, I used the photos of the real framed pictures that can be found on the net - 4 moxes and Ancestral Recall.
There is no pic that we can find of the first two - black lotus and timetwister - if they ever were framed, which is kind of a question.
For Sapphire, waiting for a photo of the real stuff, I cropped it about the same as the others.
I also had help with the right artwork from wd1983.

The mockups of Wizards and the ones at magiclibrarities are incorrect ! The artwork is cropped a good deal - apparently they include the real painted artwork, behind a big printed card frame, hence the cropping.
Until we get better photos, these are the most accurate. But not necessarily the nicest ones :)

Oh, and they don't really have borders :)

the originals don't have borders, but black frames, since they are paintings.

Isn't better to be like all the other cards? Without boarders?

if these images were only for the sole purpose for importing into MWS, then yes, but they will by also used on sites such as magiclibrarities, therefore we need them with borders :-)

Just one thing I didn't understand. Why do we care if a card could be taken by librarities or don't? Does slightly has any relation with librarities? If yes that's ok but if we don't isn't more right to have the cards with the pattern we usually work with? I simply try to understand what happening I don't want to criticize anyone.:)As I said to extreme I changed with photoshop the Path to Exile and I have the card as I want but I am just curious.

There is a misunderstanding here. I wasn't complaining, i was stating the fact. Yes, we do have a relation with magic librarities, they are not stealing, Presetm gives them the processed cards, and I'm sure they are also helping with cards to scan.
I also think magiclibrarities is a great resource.

OK no problem extreme. Only one last thing. Could you tell me how to download a card image from librarities? I used a program to take a screen pic and then edited to photoshop to take the Path I wanted but I don't think it is a good solution.

If you're using Firefox, just right-click on the picture you want and choose "picture information".In the new window opened, go to media, you will find the picture, just save as you want into your computer.Easy
