Downloaded images not showing in program

I used gatherer extractor to download all of the images and only half are showing up in the program right now. I tried using the programs audit and thousands of scans were missing even though i downloaded everything so I am very confused

Downloaded the torrent from the FAQ and it didnt recognize any of them at all after extracting.

I checked the faq and looked around but i cant seem to find all sets in one place that are easy to download which is why i used the extractor, it seemed the simplest method because it sorted by set name and such.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the 200dpi because i do not have 100gb of space for the full size
