Are they the full copy of the regular cards? Same artist? Same collector number?

The oversized commanders are just larger, foil versions of the normal cards, with the same art and collector number.

Here's an (admittedly crappy) scan of big Ghave and little Ghave. I've checked the rest and they match.

Could someone give me the exact dimensions? The normal cards are 699x996 pixels without the border and 739x1035 with the border.

The oversized commander cards are 3.466" x 4.965" according to my micrometer. (Almost exactly the size of 2 regular cards side by side).

I have all 5 sets. Do you guys still need the scans?

When are we going to see these become available?

Here are some links to tide everyone over until the HQ pics become available.

Masterbase
Card Pics
Commander Deckbases

The masterbase contains NPH and COM.

The pics are from magiccards.info. They are much better than the ones from gatherer.

edit: I updated the commander deckbases. Whoever first wrote them didn't make all the cards from the COM set and didn't use the right distribution of the separate land cards.

well, magiccards.info still use the gatherer pics, just upscaled / enlarged.

Well, you just need the resolution. Are you shooting for 200 dpi? then you multiply by 200 (693x993)

orban wrote:For cards that were new in Commander, we used the cards from the Visual Spoiler, which are slightly better. Actually. :-)
Are you from that website? Do you guys usually use the gatherer cards? I had switched using your cards instead of the gatherer cards because the images were much clearer, besides the fact that they were larger.
