how bout the novel inserts

What are "Novel inserts"? I only know one Planeswalker Novel insert: Jace Beleren.

The cards that come with the books, like Jace Beleren, Nissa Revane, Garruk Wildspeaker. I only know of these 3

In which books do we found Nissa Revane and Garruk Wildspeaker? Do you know this? Are the cards inserts when you buy the book?

I think Garruk/Liliana/Nissa 'novel' are in fact the promos for the Duel of the planeswalker Xbox/PS3/PC game.
