been following the thread since its beginnings silently, but it wasn't until i saw the earlier comments on the work done that i felt the need to come and show my appreciation.

i was not previously aware of the efforts required to produce scans of this quality.

now that i do, i am truly humbled in the knowledge that you folks put in that many hours to bring this to the community.

extreme, if you could do a tutorial or something similar, Im sure that a lot of people would be able to help this project and reduce the amount of time you have to spend on the images.

Yeah, i guess some people still dont realize that this is more a time consuming work than a mastermind skills (which in some situations you will need a little skills that afford you to do some "necessary" but strange things).

And BTW i dont know about how to scan, etc. My job starts with a canvas or something already scanned to work in. So... That cleaners look good, maybe i could buy a couple for my old and crappy multifunction U^^.

Anyways, IMO the scans looks wonderful. I wish someday i can see all sets in this quality, haha. Keep dreaming, i know.

Firstly i must say brilliant job with those scans of GTC! I was wondering are there similar XLHQ scans for other sets (RTR, M13 etc.). I have been on mws mtgbr com full-01.htm and they do have a massive range, but i havent been able to find others of quite as high quality. Don't get me wrong, the 480x680 are still awesome!

I understand exactly how hard work it is. I did try myself with antistatic cloth between every scan but unsuccessfully. The dust keep coming back.
I don't have your magical fingers.
Basically I was not complaining but just just wondering why this time I can see dust on the scans, thing never happened before, even on XLHQ scans.

Did something go wrong with the torrent link? I tried to access to the link many time but it can't find the tracker! Can you fix this problem? OR re-upload the torrent file?

Strange, I thought I was seeding but now the 100% completed and seeding dissapeared. I guess some has moved the folder or the files... And i dont know which folders has been moved so I'll have to redownload (again) the whole thing, argh.

I did not mean the Gatecrash torrent. I mean the torrent for the whole card collection! I just re-install my OS so i lose the torretn file. I want to re-download the file.

It's still up at Fenopy and elsewhere...
