The only reason the url links are in the form that they are is to determin what type of compression was used to create the hq zip or rar file. If you security key generated does not match the key in the direct links similar to what is in the link path will redirect the user back to the shared file link and generate a download link / key for them to use for there own personal use. I do not have plans at this time to automate the process but did investigate doing so. For example, I think you expect that http://download898.mediafire.com/c0srhu ... 101010.zip is a direct download, but it will just redirect to http://www.mediafire.com/?9bb4bwn572pcy5d which is the link you'd need to use anyway, and is the link used on the first page of this topic.
The "9bb4bwn572pcy5d" part is a unique key in Mediafire's database that will identify the file, but the "c0srhumc3j7g" part of your link is a randomly generated key that is a one-time use key specific to you or a cookie Mediafire set in your browser.
If you want to automate downloading the HQ links, you'd need a program that handles the cookies and/or javascript convolution that Mediafire presents on the download page that link goes to. The actual zip file is not created in the final downloadable location until certain conditions are met to satisfy Mediafire.
