Collectible Card Game Headquarters

The Magic Player Rewards link is not working for me. When I click the download link in Media Fire, it loops to a "wait for your download" sign and again to a "download file". It continuously loops every time I click the download link. The others work just fine. Is this also happening to anyone else?

Each copy of the 15th anniversary starter will contain a foil rare Khamal Pit Fighter card. Khamal is a powerful legend in the game, and the promotional version of the card is exclusive to the 15th Anniversary Starter.

Is it normal that I only have 11 cards under JGC database and 36 pictures under JGC pics folder?
I used to have (almost) all of them in database too.

Well, there's no real "offical" Masterbase. Just the ones everyone else puts together. And the other reason for not having just one: some people don't want promos; some people want promos, but no reminder text; and other variations. Probably the most "offical" masterbase is GoblinHero's, while the most comprehensive is MahamotiD's. I did some work and removed all reminder texts from MD's masterbase. It's awesome when you use crops (in particular, I'm using the plane shifted theme) so all my cards look like they're from alternate land and have no extra rules baggage. (It's totally awesome when I play Harmonize and Concentrate next to each other).

Promotional cards = cards that are used to promote the game

I've got a good(ish) scan of Resurrection but need to know to whom I'm delivering it. I've currently got it in a PSD and I haven't done any editing whatsoever. Who needs it and where shall I post it? The file is 2.11MB by the way.
