If not difficult, can you edit the first post - update archives and dates?

Please post a Foil version of [c]Hunted Horror[/c] and [c]Brand[/c]...
And is there a textless Foil [c]Painter's Servant[/c] out there?

I did a bunch of experiments, and found that this Matte Acetate really does work wonders for scanning foils:

This is an actual, unprocessed 200dpi scan with the acetate half covering the card, just to illustrate how well it hides the reflectiveness.
If anybody wants a piece, I have 25 sheets of the stuff now and really don't need more than 1.

Not completely, but very near so. That could also be the result of the histogram for the scanner settings trying to pick up a wider range of colors because I'm scanning both the covered and shiny parts at once.

I'm sure with proper processing and scanner tweaks, acetate should surpass trying to rotate the card until you get it as white as possible.

Here is another scan, still without processing, but just of the card with Acetate.
I can't do all the tweaks that extreme does, so this has dust specs and probably poor color compared to when he processes the scans.
