From the Vault: Legends

Here's a link http://www.4shared.com/file/JX72laN3/Legends.html to scans of the cards. I'm not sure what's happening here. I scanned the first 9 once under the scanner lid then a second time with a heavy book on it then a third time with just kiki-jiki with a large steel weight on him to make sure he was down flat. Every time I get a dark band up the middle of the card. Is it something wizards is doing in their new foil process? I'm using a cannon MX860. It's all in there if you can use it.

yes, and it's not new, it's been there for all the From the vault sets. Can't be scanned properly.

But about half of the cards have nasty huge fingerprints, i don't see how you missed them.

If you don't mind me asking, is the reason you don't want me to scan the knights because you're not confident in my scans or because you already have them? Or maybe you just don't intend to do them?

The borders are not quite black. They're a bit greyish. In fact they're not consistent from card to card.
