Championship Decks?

Postby nummie » 07 Sep 2008, 05:25

Is there any plans to get the championship deck cards in the project?

I have numberous sets if interested. Extreme, let me know and I'll start scanning.

Also if we are interested, this is the holy grail, and is currently avaliable here:
http://www.trollandtoad.com/p133437.html

This is VERY RARE.

How those cards are different from the "standard" ones? Copyright, border, art, edition symbol? Or are they virtually identical to their counterparts in the official sets?

Thanks

I have the complete box. When the time comes, I will scan all cards from this box. And yes, the cards are different: they have gold borders and every card is signed by the player.

Ohh Happy Day! Preset,
That is great news; I am missing some stuff, Like 1997 Jakub Slemr, 1998 Brian Seldon, all of 1999, and I only have Jon Finkel 2000, and I am missing everything after that. So as you can see I am missing some stuff. Perhaps we can collaborate for extreme. Some of my stuff is played, and it may show? Anyways 1996 is going to be the real one to focus on. I just got finished with Paul McCabe 1997. on to the next ones...

Regards,

To ensure best quality it is recommended to use only true mint cards for scanning.
And yes, I have the complete boxes for all years in mint. Some of my boxes are sealed until now. And I have a lot of duplicate boxes I don't need.
I have scanned one card and send the scan to extreme as a reference.

Preset,
I meant I have all the other stuff but I will not use it because it is played* Though there may be a card or two that may have seen a card sleeve. Don't worry good buddy I have excellent standards in quality. I wouldn't be here if I did'nt. But you are right MINT only. :)

I have one of those decks, it's awesome. It's almost all artifacts, and at some point you turn all your artifacts into creatures, at which point the game is over. :)
