Unless someone has a set to scan in I won't have them for at least a month after release. So if you guys want them quicker than that we need contributors.

If we get scans for any set soon enough, Tanthorjen will probably be willing to process the set, which enables the rest of the team to work on backed-up projects. I finally got a hold of him and he said the wait for M14 was too long for him to hold out; he made his own images from photo submissions to his Decked Builder website. So scanners please, the sooner the better.

I wish I would have known that, I've spent the last 4 days perspective cropping the scans I have and will shortly be cloning out the imperfections which will prep the images for the last few final steps for me to finish up the 2014 set of images I have been working on.

I still want yours for M14 woogerboy & I'm sure many others here wii too. Although I wish these were done earlier too, I can wait for them given the quality of the scans.

I have Decked Builder and have seen the images that Tanthorjen is using, They are very good, but IMHO, not the quality that we have here with our scans.

BTW, Decked Builder & Decked Drafter are both awesome products & I highly recommend them as they are both outstanding!

The images come from a combination of smart phone photos and scans submitted by dozens of people using dozens of devices. While they work, they're not the same accuracy, consistency, and resolution as our releases. What resolution are the Decked Builder images?

I would be interested in seeing some of the source/raw images if we manage to ever get any from his site. Who all typically scans the sets? I know for the longest of times it was me and Ark. Since Ark dropped out from the scene and it takes me a good month post a set release to obtain the complete set are there others that generally do a large number of scans?

When the HQ Pics Project started, we got scans from anyone who had them, and there were quite a variety of contributors. Then PresetM started contributing whole sets, and his scans were timely, consistent and high quality, so we mostly didn't need any other scanners. Now we're back to our beginnings, except we don't have a variety of contributors anymore. In fact, we have no one. They'll show up in time though, as long as we make the need known.

Historically , how has the list of scans needed been tracked and maintained?

Whoever is doing the processing for that set keeps a tally, and posts a list when it starts getting close, same as you've been doing. I suggest posting the missing cards in the HQ Pics topic as well as the discussion topic.
