Will do. Like I mentioned, I want to write up something to verify card name spelling.
Honestly though, I figured the one user that said they wanted to do it with there business's Photoshop extraordinaire would end up doing all the processing for the team. I plan on helping out so by all means if you want to use any of the work I do go ahead :) I posted the images here mainly for review by someone that has done them before to tell me what I am doing wrong/right.

What is the 3 letter abbreviation for this set?
'Twas in the bogs of Cannelbrae
My mate did meet an early grave
'Twas nothing left for us to save
In the peat-filled bogs of Cannelbrae.

I don't think there's a code until it's released: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ma ... ering_sets

This is how I think it should look. This card is dark, but you still get details. I used levels 10 and 235 by comparing with the standard borders, haven't touched anything else.
Regarding archiving, it's easy once they're up in the contrib folder.
Great scans wooger, btw !

Interesting, I used 20 and 236. Any reason you used 10? 10 is the start of the level curve but even when going a bit further in to 20 I saw no indication of loss when using the alt key and looking at the negative aspect of the level's. Around the 23/24 mark was were I started to see the loss on the sheet with in the actual inner picture frame. Would you like me to re-roll through the color level steps and recreate the images using extreme's numbers? At this point with the crops saved in perspective and no level adjustments it wouldn't be hard to do?

Anyway, 99% sure the code is going to be DDL.

The official codes are dictated by gatherer's website/path/to/rarity-symbol.jpg. Oddly, the wiki added HVM today, but that is incorrect. DDL is the path which gatherer is using and is the official set code.

Hey Extreme, can you take a look at this image and let me know what you think?
(I may have figured out the settings in Gimp and want your opinion, yes I'm still working on getting that tool to work in my spare time even though I use Photoshop as well.)
I used your level settings of 10 / 235. But this one is a 600dpi. Should be compared to the 600dpi master produced.

As I said before, it's a good idea to superimpose the standard border (the post 9th black border tif) and play with the black slider until the border of the scan kinda matches the brightness of the target border. That happened around 10.
Bout the details, maybe the loss of detail isn't very visible, maybe it's that most monitors aren't very sensitive at the extreme sides of the brightness scale, but it sure looks that detail is lost.

the 600 looks nice, there's only a white spot on the sleeve - dust, probably.

Yea it's dust. I didn't do the dust cleanup on the image to save time. I was to busy trying to determine why Gimp wasn't saving JPG right. Apparently there is an advanced option in the save menu for whatever reason it applies a "smooth" filter by default. Not sure why if I didn't apply the filter myself the program would go a head and do it for me on save.

Photoshop doesn't do it, why would Gimp do it....

Re: Duel Decks: Heroes vs. Monsters

So there appears to possibly be a problem with the images I did for this set at viewtopic.php?p=132059#p132059 . Reviewing the steps that generate the 200dpi scans it looks like in extreme's action step files it applies a simply black fill for the small border around the image. I thought extreme told me that the MWS full's were created from the 600dpi images that contain the border created by extreme? If not I will need to adjust the steps I have that created to simply apply the necessary steps and add the blacked border trim. Sorry if I have messed this set up. Could someone tell me what they think the color hue/sat/bright/contrast adjustment settings should be (if any) if the images need color adjustments?
