yup, they are created from the 600dpis by cropping and adding the black fill border, as per the action. I don't think it really matters if the black is not perfect black, though.
I don't think they are 200dpi though.

I think we're all just glad someone was willing to take up the mantle from extreme, so I'm more than happy to overlook any learning curve issues. With regards to the hue/saturation/levels, I replied in the HQ PICS DOWNLOADS thread before seeing this. I attached a photoshop action there with the curve adjustments that I used to reprocess your .fulls for Forge. Its not quite perfect but a little closer to the Gatherer images, but unfortunately some of the rules text fell into the levels that were brightened so lost some contrast, and reframing meant resizing the card a few pixels which caused some minor blur as well

Anyway, let me know if you need help with some of the processing. My free time jumps around but I'll help whenever I can.
