Manalink 3 with no deck art or card text problem

Could anyone help me please

I have tried to get Manalink 3 to work, but when I try and run manalink 3 from Shandalar.exe it says cdtool.dll is missing.

When I install Manalink 3 over an installation of MTG, the card art and text are gone in Shandalar.

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

When you want to get an answer about a program you have better chances to get answers in the program's forum- Manalink3.0.We have a section about installation and troubleshooting.
With that said the text & art problem usually can be overcome simply by rebooting.

I attach the cd.tools.dll if of any help.
