Gwent (Deck card game in Witcher 3) - anyone?

Hey guys, I'm playing Witcher 3 but wasn't really aware yet. Geralt (the hero) loves to play a deck card game - Gwent, and as being just a game in game - it seems to be really well done. Anyone played it, is it good?
