The Lotus Project (formerly Cockatrice/Oracle)
is an opensource project (Mac, Windows, Linux)
in crowdfunding (Indiegogo) for deck building and playing mtg online.
I find it interesting! (just donate 5$)
I can't post the link but you can find it googleing:The Lotus Project Indiegogo

Here's the link: http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-lotus-project?c=home
I'm very excited about the Lotus project. At least two things are in its favor:
It asked for money and got it.
It's a fork of Cockatrice. (We've had a Cockatrice forum since 2009. Long live Cockatrice!)
They are promising:
* A dedicated server that will run 24/7 with 99.99% uptime
* A redesign to all major interfaces taking into consideration user friendlyness and increasing the ease of use for new users (using professional UI design)
* Easy-load templates to play any and all card games with proper graphical assets and phases specific to each game
* Better sorting and creation tools for your decks and cards
* Simple set-up for first time use so new Lotus users have an easier time joining and staying with the community
* A vibrant and active community forum that showcases the friendlyness and size of the ever growing fan base.
* Weekly events such as tournaments or challenges. These will be run by qualified judges and will range from casual to extemely competitive. (Possibility of prizes)
* Strict rules to enforce a friendly community. You can't run around your local card shop calling people names, so we won't allow that here.
* A strong leadership and development team to maintain the code, providing weekly updates with amazing content to keep Lotus great. Users suggestions will take top priority in development.
