Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Has there ever been a place to post like a have / wants section on these forums? I'm in search of a complete set for each of the sets in the shards block. I could always go elsewhere but figured I would ask.

The Off Topic forum is most relevant, but the Pictures forum might get more attention.
