Hi,
I've been playing magic for about 3 to 4 months now. I started with Magic 2014 and I love it.
I'll be around this website for some time I believe. Thanks

Hello everybody! I've been a long time viewer (1 post for a bug report a long time ago), but wanted to introduce myself because I have a small announcement to make.
For the past year, I've been programming a rules engine and game engine for Magic (and several other similar games which it supports by coincidence), and I'm coming pretty close to a stable release build. It's called Multiverse. Right now I'm writing a launcher program that will download automatic engine updates and let the user customize a few things (like what deck they're playing, which used to be done manually). Past that there are only a few things I need to polish before I release it. I'll be making a proper announcement at that time, of course.
I was going to spoil a screenshot, but the forum says I'm too noob. Cheers!

Cool thing! What technology are you using, is it open source?
___
where's the "trust me, that will work!" switch for the compiler?

It's written in Java, and uses jMonkeyEngine to create the visual portion of the engine. Cards can be scripted using a custom built scripting language, and cards are loaded from the machine hosting the server (so users don't need to download custom cards to play with them, they just need a friend to have them). I'll be making a full announcement pretty soon with the rest of the details.

Hello guys. I learned to play MTG years ago, but I've never really played on a regular basis until DotP 2013. Now I play that on my PC and DotP 2014 on Android.
By the way, is there a way to make a custom deck for use in android? (doesn't matter if only the cards of the included decks can be used, it'd be cool enough it they could be mixed)
I just discovered this site and there is pretty interesting stuff!
Cheers!

Hello all. I'm an MTG player from Québec. I've been playing since late 90's.
I've discovered Forge just before the last holydays.
Thanks for having me.

Hi all. Perennial off-and-on Magic player here.
I was thinking of getting involved with Forge development, and a good friend of mine (who's worked on Forge for a while now) recommended I sign up here. So here I am!

Hi, my name id Dang and I'm from Vietnam.
There is no MTG card shop or service in Vietnam. Therefore, I have to play it online (mostly through OCTGN).
I know this game through a small forum and I have kept track on the game for more than two years. I love to collect the cards images so I joined this forum.

Hello, i´m Peter from Germany,
first of all, thank you for this engine, I realy enjoy playing here and also improve my english.
Normaly I only play drafts at a local bar (every two weeks) and sometimes a prerelease or something.
For Turnament use I´m trying to built a Titanshift deck (maybe someone allready played against it) and for Standart i´m playing a possibility Storm deck which is pretty funny.
I´m happy meeting and duelling you online
So long
Pit
PS: Programming skills only in LabVIEW (automation software)
