Planeswalker Lands?

It is relatively easy to give any permanent the Artifact type (Mycosynth Lattice or Liquimetal Coating) or the Enchantment type (Enchanted Evening). From there, you can easily add creature as well using March of the Machines or Opalescence.

However, with the advent of the Planeswalker type, this is not enough -- you can easily create an Artifact Enchantment Creature Land, or an Artifact Enchantment Creature Planeswalker, but I can't see any way to make an Artifact Enchantment Creature Land Planeswalker.

Can anyone figure out a way to get the Land and Planeswalker types onto the same creature?
