So if you're here to ask something specifically about XMage (or Forge, or Manalink, or so on), the best you can generally hope for is to be politely ignored.

Discussions about the website / forum itself, moderation, &c. are typically in a subforum called "This Forum" or similar...

The general expectation for a General Discussion subforum is to discuss whatever the forum *is* about, in this case : Collectible Card Games !

Which here for some reason seems to be in Off Topic Discussion ??

While Off Topic Discussion is typically for anything... off topic : unrelated games for instance.

No wonder new visitors are confused !
