Goblin Chieftain missing ability

Hi don't know if this has been brought to anyone's attention and sorry if this is the wrong place. Goblin Chieftain should have the ability to grant all your other goblins haste, but that doesn't happen when actually playing a game.

You don't seem to be posting in the right forum, it's unclear which game you are playing, but take a look at the main page and go into the subforumn for that engine to report your bug.
