Create videogame from old Decipher TCG

I sent messages to Decipher's CEO and president asking them could I write a videogame using one of their card games like Wars. It would be like Forge and feature player versus AI. My goal is to sell the videogame for $10 and give Decipher $5 but we'll see if they agree.

Decipher.com shows a Friday the 13th hockey mask and their whole website is geared for their "Fight Klub" TCG which they are selling directly to customers.

I doubt Decipher will say "yes" but we'll see.
