Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Was just checking around looking for muliplayer MtG programs with forced rules and found this too. It still has the site up and running and game files can be downloaded but I just can't get the card artworks and data from the Databases (guess they are dead too). I just wanted to ask if it's still functional at all and if there are any database files that could be downloaded and then imported to the game.

P.S.: I was browsing the section of forced rule games and I would be interested what you guys suggest to be the best one for multiplayer (apart from the Microporse one)?
