Is there software that can generate images for every MTG card to date?

I don't much care if the borders match the physical cards perfectly. Also I don't need to generate multiple versions of the same card. I just need one card image per card, for ALL cards.

Some 16 years ago I wrote PHP scripts to generate card images for printing proxies and showing card images in my deck builder software. I'm resurrecting the deck builder so now I'd like card images for it. Pre-generated images are best because they can be displayed very quickly.

FORGE does that. It downloads an image for each card.

FORGE uses my FOSS, libgdx. Cool!

EDIT: In FORGE game settings, content downloaders, there are buttons to download LQ and HQ images. Looks like LQ will take 3-4 hours. On Windows it puts them in:
C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Forge\Cache\pics\cards
The LQ images are 487x680 which is plenty big enough. The images are coming from:
https://downloads.cardforge.org/images/cards/

Well, there's Gatherer Extractor. It's easy to use, just make sure you configure the image quality in Options>Card Scans section before you start your downloads. Once you select a quality that suits your preferences you can begin. The green > button is where you download a set and its images. Selecting "Download Main Data + Download Scans" will download all cards of the main set and their respective images, but if you also want alternate artworks you would select "Download all data + Download scans" instead.
