1. Magarena
2. Forge (many may disagree, but it plays generic decks very well. Instant speed.)
3. Botarena (slow, but it does play quite well. clunky interface though)
4. Mage (The AI will sometimes hit its own cards with negative abilities, etc. It will also tap out all its mana pumping a card to no benefit) But, that said, this project has the most potential of them all.

I play a ton of Forge. It has certain flaws it cannot overcome yet, such as getting stuck in loops * but it consistently gives me a good challenging fight, so long as I give it decks it can handle. Give it a deck that does not require "strategy" such as a beatdown or burn and it will put up a great fight.
* It will often play abilities it does not need, such as turn an artifact into a creature every turn even if it does not need that creature or get stuck summoning a creature that unsumons itself again and again until out of mana.
