Program needed! Programmers please read!

For some reason apple doesn't include the c module for the berkeley library. For Leopard - OS X 10.5, I need a powerpc version of the _bsddb.so library for the python bsddb library.

I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

Is it not in xcode? Could you use py-bsddb, or must it be c?
