Collectible Card Game Headquarters

hey friends first time here, i have created a trading card game, and need someone to help finish my list of cards, i have 150 cards atm but need another 100 for the set

i also need someone to make 5 starter decks out of the finished list of 250 cards. now im not looking for art just text of what needs to be on each card. if interested in helping let me know, im also not afraid to pay for your work

You need to provide more information. I don't know the rules (in particular, the winning conditions and combat system) of your game.

Also, card costs should be determined mathematically and then balanced out further via gameplay prototyping and testing. Unless you have a system in place to determine card costs, your game is always going to struggle to be balanced.
